aFe is proud to introduce an all new Twisted Steel Headers/Up-Pipes/ Down-Pipe combination for 2004.5-2010 GM Diesel Trucks with V8-6.6L engine. Improve your Duramax horsepower and performance with these performance headers, up-pipes and down-pipe. In testing, this system Added an astounding +67 horsepower and +171 lbs. x ft. of torque as verified by our in house dyno (Initial test results performed on a 2006 Silverado HD V8-6.6L(td)). Designed to replace the extremely restrictive exhaust manifold, the performance Twisted Steel headers are constructed of 1-3/4”, mandrel-bent, 304 stainless steel tubing with a .120” wall for strength and durability. These headers come with 1/2" thick laser-cut head flanges that are designed to match the head port for a leak-free seal. For added performance aFe includes performance up-pipes, these unique up-pipes are constructed of 2” mandrel-bent 304 stainless steel tubing with a .120” wall. The up-pipes come with flex tubes and have 3/8” thick laser-cut flanges to perfectly pair with the headers. Finishing off the system is a down-pipe constructed of 3” 304 stainless steel for optimum flow. The down-pipe comes with OE style flanges for a perfect fit. This system is 100% hand TIG-Welded by certified craftsmen for race proven strength and durability. This kit includes nuts, bolts, dipstick and dipstick tube for hassle-free installation. Order Now!

    Leak-Free Seal: High quality 3/8"" thick flanges are used for a complete 360 degree sealing surface.

    Down-Pipe Features

    Construction The Down-Pipe is constructed of 3"" mandrel-bent 304 stainless steel tubing for unrestricted flow.

    TIG-Welded: 100% TIG-Welded by certified craftsmen for race proven strength and durability. TIG-Welding provides the strongest welds reducing stress cracks.
